Just an hour’s drive from Boise, Scotch Pines Golf Course is an absolute gem in Payette. The staff are fantastic, friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. Huge shout out to T.J. Gomez, the general manager, who keeps everything running smoothly and even reached out after their Chili Dippers Scramble to personally thank us for coming.
The scramble itself was a blast, and the chili cook-off contest afterward was the perfect way to end the day. The course is beautiful and well maintained, with 18 scenic holes, a driving range, short game area, and pro shop. They also offer lessons, fun tournaments, and a great bar and restaurant with an outdoor patio, the perfect spot to relax after your round.
Located near the Idaho–Oregon border, you even get the occasional small plane flying overhead from the nearby airport, which adds to the laid back, small town charm.
If you’re looking for a great round of golf with friendly people, a fun atmosphere, and beautiful views, Scotch Pines is worth the drive! ⛳️🌶️☀️

On my roadtrip back to SLC and had my round. If you are nearby and you must come n play here. TJ is a rock star here at pro shop. Fairways are clean and greens are so smooth. 100% recommended.

Had a great time and did Harvest Hosts with our motor home, stayed a couple nights, golfed, ate and had adult beverages with friends. Highly recommend it. The golf course was beautiful and challenging. The restaurant has great food and drinks!

Great place to hang out. Besides the really beautiful golf course there's a small pro shop and a restaurant with nice view of the course. Real nice outdoor lounge gathering area with fireplace. Shuffleboard and pool table

Eight of our regular lady golfers played on a Tuesday morning from the Boise area. It's now an annual event we do, and are always given a very warm welcome.
Their staff and local golfers have always been helpful and kind.
This year the course was really in superb condition from tee, fairway to greens. Quite impressive at the end of a hot summer in mountain desert climate.
We stayed after and had beverages and lunch on the patio.
Great overall experience!
The small bucket of range balls had several I had to toss aside, big cuts in most, one ball looked burnt?
This is easy to fix, so no slight should be taken for this review or the course and crew.
A fun and challenging little track
