I’ve played Manatee Cove twice recently and really enjoyed the experience out on the greens. The layout is excellent and the conditions are top-notch, it's a great asset for the community. I did want to share a constructive note regarding the front desk experience, as I’ve noticed some inconsistencies during my last two visits with different staff members. There seems to be some confusion between the rates quoted over the phone ($55 for military retireee) and the rates charged at check-in ($65). I also found it helpful to be very attentive during cash transactions to ensure everything was processed accurately. It’s a wonderful place to play, and with a little more consistency at the counter, it would be a perfect experience.

Great course! Greens were in fantastic shape! Fairways and tee boxes were good, considering the season! I enjoyed the layout....fun round!

A great, fun course that is in decent shape for the winter. The local pro, Doug is a very good teacher and lessons are surprisingly affordable

Went there yesterday fairways were horrible greens were hard. The place needs lots of work. Not worth the $62 I paid.

The condition has suffered since a multi million dollar renovation a few years ago. Making some improvements to tee boxes and bulkheads. Greens are plush but slow. Fairways are just horrible. Not sure how they let them get away from them. Expensive for the area. They need to be conscious of that. They do take care of active duty with free greens fees and half price cart Memorial Day to Labor Day.
