What a great course for February golf. The conditions on the Oaks are amazing - fairways are pretty good but the greens are wonderful. They run fast and are fun to play. There are many pretty holes #12 is the signature. Pace of play was 4-1/2 hours for 4some on a Saturday. Staff are friendly and there is a driving range. Highly recommend and we will play again. Difficult to get tee times so book in advance.

Had a good time from the start staff was very friendly and so were the cart attendance. They were the nicest people I ran into on the course, considering that several of the members that I ran into weren’t very friendly. The course for this time of year was in decent shape. All in all if you’re in the area, I would recommend playing it. The value for the price at this time of year is worth it.

My son Josiah, a Division One College sophomore Starter at Rhode Island University booked to play and train here. $7 for a small bucket of balls, good practice green and facility. Greens look manicured and rolled with false fronts and sides, makes for a challenge putting and GIR. Green keeper does excellent job, club house and locker rooms look meticulous. One of the few golf courses that I see in the States where residents travel I souped up golf carts. Driving in, there is a town commercial centre with much offerings. Challenging golf course where greens and tee boxes are far apart so use a cart. Amazing staff and menu. Check it out.. must have a tee time to enter the private gates. Staff is world class. A must play when in the area.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure to recognize Stonegate for being such great hosts to me and my group of friends. For context, last year I started up my own Ryder Cup style golf tournament for my group of friends (16 of us) with everyone traveling down to the Orlando area in late October for three rounds of golf over the course of a weekend. We ultimately booked a home in Kissimmee and were trying to find somewhere nearby that was nice, reasonably priced, and offered two different courses to play in one day. Thanks to a recommendation from a coworker, I took a shot on Stonegate and playing the Cypress and Oaks courses. First, the price to play 36 holes in one day was incredibly fair and much less than you'll find at other courses in the area. As for the golf courses themselves, there was certainly the concern that with such a great price they might not be as well maintained, but that was far from the truth. The courses were in great shape with nice tee boxes and awesome greens that rolled true. The overall layout of both courses was fun with the Cypress being the more challenging course as described on the website. The only issue we had was the rough was long and thick enough that some of us lost golf balls that would normally be found. Otherwise, the staff was great and really made us feel welcome. The facility also has a nice bar serving good food. I do have one note for those with an early tee time though, breakfast didn't open until 8 a.m. on the Friday we played so we ended up going without it. All in all, we would definitely play here again.

Beautiful course! We played the Oaks course here at noon right after a 2” rainfall and the course was immaculate. It soaked up the water like a quality course should. Tee boxes and fairways were amazing. I cannot say enough about the greens. They were the best we played on all week. The ball rolled true on every putt. Not a hop or skip to be found. The green speed was fair but on the faster side. The clubhouse had great food at a reasonable price. All around fantastic place to play and eat.
