Links At Greenfield Plantation - 18 Hole w/Cart Tee Times

Suggest you don’t pay any attention to the few negative reviews. Really impressed with the warm, welcoming and attentive attitude shared by every single staff member, from the host in the pro shop and the guys at the starter area, to the cart girl and the lovely woman in the kiosk at halfway. Course was well-maintained (greens were consistent and uniform) and the wildlife was well-behaved. A pleasure to play and would very highly recommend (But watch for the gators!)

I can't say anything about the facilities but what I can speak to is there lack of any empathy for cars on Upper Manatee River Rd that are hit by golf balls. My car was hit sitting in traffic so I thought the appropriate thing to do would be to call the clubhouse or pro shop. They honestly could not have cared less. Told me about how they are not responsible and Florida is a no fault state. They advised me that it is between me and the golfer and they said I should pull over and go onto the course to get a cart #. What I was expecting is that they would send out a ranger to see who was teeing off on the hole along the road. Or at least try and narrow it down to me. The fact that there solution is for me to confront the golfer directly blows my mind. I had my 4 year old in the car so the chances of me pulling over and walking into a golf course are exactly zero. I don't know maybe I'm completely off base here but I feel like this situation could have been handled a little better or they should have a process in place for this exact situation. I mean they have a hole with no net along a very busy road. I can't be the first to call and ask. I now have a dent right on my hood directly in my line of vision that will remind me every time I drive of how they could have handled this situation with a little more grace. A hey we're sorry would have gone a long way. Even though the club isn't directly responsible they are in a much better position to handle this situation with there customers than I am as a driver on the road.

8:04 Tee Time - Super Bowl Sunday and all the tee times are booked. The place was fabulous. Our foursome Played the entire round in 4 hours and 4 minutes. The place was running like a well oiled machine! Thanks to all the staff - and the course was in great shape! Omaha, NE

Our family booked 2 tee times with 3 per group. At some point a decision was made to change us to a 4 and 2 group adding another 2. The course and owner had zero flexibility. Despite the owner saying it is stated when booking, IT IS NOT. It does state singles and 2 somes are subject to being paired up. Completely understand! When speaking to the owner he offered ZERO customer service. He approached with complete defensiveness and only wanted to point out all he’s done. We have golfed this course so many times. A successful business and owner needs better people skills. I caution ANYONE looking for a good rate to look around. The course has come a long way but not enough to be jerked around!

Greenfield Plantation is an absolute gem in Bradenton. From the moment you arrive, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone is genuinely happy to be there and goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated. The course itself is in stellar condition and clearly very well maintained. Fairways, greens, and tee boxes are consistently in great shape, which is impressive given the value you’re getting. This course offers some of the best bang for your buck in the area without sacrificing quality or experience. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Greenfield Plantation delivers a fantastic golf experience with great people, great conditions, and exceptional value. Highly recommend.
