Tee’d off first and got through in just over 3 hours. Course was in good shape and I enjoyed the experience. Greens were fast. Nice fairways. The service was solid. The price was high since it’s high season, but I enjoyed it.

5 stars for this course, not sure about why people might not think it’s good. September 2025 it’s in fantastic shape, staff was very friendly, played in a Monday so there wasn’t a soul in sight. From Virginia so traveling to Florida for the first time and very pleased with this course. It’s definitely challenging for a 18-20HCP, but lots of fun nonetheless. Highly recommend!

I’ll be candid — the course itself was fine — challenging holes and greens are well-kept. This review centers mainly around the absolutely awful customer service we experienced in the club house.
The context around this review is that we booked a tee time for 8, and had 2 people unable to make it with medical and family emergencies. As such, we went ahead to pay for the two people who could not attend because it’s the policy and right thing to do. After we finished, I noticed I was overcharged ~$150; everyone in our group paid, and they charged us for 9 golfers instead of 8.
What seemed like a quick and honest fix initiated the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life. It was the anti thesis for how to handle a customer problem and then find a way to say literally all the wrong things. First, the younger guy at the counter immediately said it was because someone in our group didn’t pay. I shared that I paid for myself, showed the receipt, my friend showed his receipt, and then we showed the receipt where we were charged for 3 individuals tee times golfers and that our other 4 friends who left also paid. The guy continued to say it was because one of our friends didn’t pay, so we went on to call each of them, and they sent us pictures of their receipts or bank statements for proof while the guy tried his very best to work the POS system to retrieve the statements from when our tee times was. The guy became irritated with us and went on to say the following after we became more agitated with the situation:
“I’m not going to do you any favors”
“I’m not going to give you your money back. If you want it, sue us.”
After we kept showing receipts and another employee intervened, they finally called the manager over who let the employee know that we were in fact entitled to a credit to the card that was overcharged once they found all the receipts in their systems.
I’ll never play golf here again, would never recommend it to anyone else, and hope they learn how to treat their paying customers better — especially when they overcharge them. God bless and Happy New Year.
