I’ve been playing this course for several years and the service BY FAR is the standard on how to not treat your customers.
Checked radar 1 hour before tee time and we thought we were in the clear and booked online through Killians website… I totally understand there is a cancellation policy but that’s not the point of this post.
The fun starts when we arrive 30 mins after purchasing our tee time. Rain was on the horizon and we asked the pro shop to cancel our booking given that there was a massive storm outside. We were greeted with the “sorry no refunds.” The girl at the pro shop said we can make up a fake story about a family emergency. Golf is a game of integrity.
Long story short they wouldn’t give us our money back and sent us out with the course underwater.
Shame on Killian for not caring for the customers. No wonder people keep poisoning the greens. I wish you guys the best. Stop giving this course money until they take a class on customer service.

I’ve played a lot of golf , but I’ve never dealt with someone as rude and unprofessional as the ranger, Ron Simpson. From the moment our round started, he had an attitude—talking down to players, rushing our group without reason, and generally killing the whole vibe of the day. A ranger is supposed to help keep things moving and make the experience better, not make golfers feel unwelcome.
The course itself is decent, but the customer service was bad enough that I won’t be coming back. If management cares about their reputation, they seriously need to address Ron’s behavior.

Terrible, unfriendly service and tries to upcharge customers additional fees. Scammy behavior, not recommended.
We were 12 players and paid the greenfees for 12 people up front before teeoff. One of our players came 10 min late after the group and had to rent clubs. Proshop refused to rent him the clubs and let him on the course without paying for additional greenfees, which we already had paid for.
They also refuse to refund the individuals greenfee that was not let onto the course, even after presenting the receipts.
