We really had a nice day here today. Course was in good condition even though the greens are a little slow...I suspect because of no rain. Pace of play was good, just over 4 hours.

Designed professionally, managed like a muni. For how expensive it is, it’s full of cheap housing, the rough is thinning all over the place, the fairways are full of dead patches, and the greens didn’t roll true. I feel bad but there’s a guy at the counter that has an a grating voice who repeatedly and loudly tried answering my questions when I wasn’t asking him. I’m pretty sure they charge for range balls. I was excited to golf here based on other reviews but I was very disappointed. Highway noise was bad on 5 of the holes. The one redeeming quality was a few very beautifully designed holes.

Marcel Stadtmann (Cityman) The Course is a well-maintained and enjoyable course that caters to players of all skill levels. The layout is fair but challenging, with water hazards and bunkers strategically placed throughout the round. The fairways are in good condition, and the greens are fast and roll true, adding a nice level of difficulty—especially on downhill putts.
Pace of play is usually smooth, even during busier hours, which makes for a relaxed experience. The course is set in a scenic Florida community, with plenty of palm trees and wildlife adding to the atmosphere. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facilities—including the driving range and clubhouse—are solid. All in all, Stoneybrook is a great spot for a fun and well-paced round.
