We found our golf at Eagle Falls to be an excellent experience. The bag staff literally ran to our car to take care of our bags and got them loaded quickly. Check in was a breeze (we made reservations through their website - rates seemed pricey, but were actually competitive for the high season and there were no taxes). The ride to the driving range was an early indicator that this was not a typical Palm Springs course - lots of space, some elevation changes, and some water features. The putting green and driving range were excellent, but the chipping section was just two flags planted in a section of the driving range. We started on time after a quick review of the course and rules by the starter. He advised that shots into the wild areas should be abandoned, as it was unlikely you would find your ball and it just slowed everything down. The course was in very good shape - tee boxes were clean and level, fairways were green and the bunkers and greens in very good shape. There was a good variety of hole designs, with elevation changes and challenges on each hole, but nothing was too punishing except for errant shots into the wilds. There were no houses lining the course and there was some good scenery as well. The finishing hole has a very nice waterfall feature, but there were several spots along the course that made it memorable. Overall, excellent, and definitely will be on our play-it-again list.

Great course and can be very challenging as well. Keep it straight and you good. I only got in 9 holes because of the rain but i will be back

A very pleasant golfing experience. Friendly staff, the course was in good shape, and it's a nice scenic layout that's very playable and not too punishing. Plenty of bunkers and some water, but not a layout that punishes a few misfits too badly. We had an excellent day!

First off the course is in great shape. Very friendly staff, except the pro shop. The first eight holes were very nice. The pace of play was very good. Then we hit hole nine, a par three. There were three groups backed up. This continued until hole 15. There were four groups backed up. The marshaller stopped and talked to one of the groups and drove on. I think he went home. We were the 4th group. Two of the groups ahead of his called it quits. We played 16 and drove in. The group in front of us said this slow play is common. We told the staff when returned about the slow play. Well naturally they were shocked. Don't play this course. It will take you forever. I have to think a lot of these positive reviews were left by the staff or blind people.

Enjoyed our round here. The amenities (food, pro shop, etc.) are very basic but have everything you need. The course was in fantastic shape and good for all skill levels. We played another course in the area that was much more expensive and still enjoyed our overall experience here much more.
