8-4-13 Played this course two months ago and it was in decent condition. Played it again today. The course is in horrible condition and green fees are too expensive for conditions. It's not worth making the drive out there when you can play the other courses for less that are in much better condition and closer to town. Green fees with 1/2 cart were $37.00 for a tee time after 1:30. The driving range is completely dry with no grass areas to hit from. The course is extremely dry with most shots being played off bare dirt, or from a succulent type of 4 inch high vegetation. The greens had been watered but are in terrible condition with bare spots and areas which were cut out to patch other areas on the green. The grass bunkers have not been mowed and are full of weeds. On two holes the sprinklers were turned on in the middle of the fairway and we had to hit our shots from within the sprinklers. The bathrooms out on the course were disgusting and the bathroom at the clubhouse was closed by 4:30. On the positive side the sandwich was very good and the wait staff at the bar were friendly.
