Room is spacious, very comfortable for extended stays for two or a family of four. Kinda had a 70's vibe for the decor. Well worn table and chairs ours squeaked and moaned alot The leather sofa folds out into a queens size bed. Looked pretty decent to me. My wife loved the leather easy chair. Great WiFi speed. Poor cell service down by the creek area, so the WiFi was needed for phone calls. Our room did not have the full size fridge or cooktop. A toaster oven would have been great to have. The room came with a full size automatic coffee maker, a blender, toaster, microwave, dorm room fridge, tea kettle and a host of pots and pans to be able to cook a meal with. Bed was comfortable to where as a side sleeper, my arms didn't go numb from the mattresses being too hard. I believe all the rooms come with a gas fireplace and a true two person bath tub with bubbles. I will admit the wife and used it to soak in with Epsom salt after a long day of hiking and it felt great! We stayed for two weeks in January and thought the costs were pretty reasonable. I liked the location of the Villas (once you find them-they're tucked away behind a hill and the creek and it's a small driveway to the main check in with a sign posted on the side of a shed) to our family only a mile away. It's far enough away from the traffic of West Sedona and the old "wye" of 89a to not have to wait 5 minutes getting out onto 179. The units have a nice areas to sit by a gas fire pit and grilles to cook on. One fire pit didn't work while we were there ( unfortunately the closest one to the.only working gas grill). Work was being done to the upper grilles and front desk when notified seemed apathetic about it. There are washer dryers only from ,9-5. My only complaint if called that is the rooms are not quiet. You can hear everything going on the adjoining room(s). Our split unit was really loud to where we have to turn it off at night to get to sleep. That also meant no heat. I would want to check the room first for the split unit noise and get an end unit

The Villas of Poco Diablo was originally a timeshare resort. Capital Vacations has purchased the majority of weeks as original owners have passed away or given up their timeshares. The resort has a wonderful rustic feeling to it. It sits next to the creek and has a wonderful shared patio with barbecues and a gas fire pit. It's nice and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit annually to recharge my battery. I love it.

Check in staff and concierge were very friendly. Rooms are very dated. Carpet super dirty. We rented a one bedroom with sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom was not enclosed at the top so not private from those in the living room. Indoor fireplace was kinda cool. Outdoor fire pit did not work. Challenging location for super heavy traffic into town. Place was quiet and did feel safe. Overall pretty basic for pretty high rates but it is Sedona. I will not plan to stay here in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival at the Villas in Sedona. We typically rent VRBOs but since this was a short trip (3 nights) we opted to stay at a “hotel.” The villa had a comfy king size bed, an efficiency kitchen (with great coffee provided), and even a fireplace that put out a nice amount of heat! Our room was the perfect spot for unwinding after a long day of hiking and site seeing! We will definitely stay at the Villas again for our next Sedona getaway!

Spacious rooms with fireplace, kitchenette, large bathtub! They provided all the amenities and we had such a comfortable stay! Bonus… Beautiful views of the Sedona mountains.
