A friend of mine recently had put money down to hold the chalet for an event planned to be next year, and plans changed and wanted to get a refund of that deposit, and was told to give adanced notice, well they requested way in advance to get the refund but unfortunatley due to horrible customer service Tanglewood chalet refuses to pay.. and there goes the entire event which was a very special event. I would never reccoment them if you want to be treated fairly and honestly.

Slightly dirty. Overall a good place to play a game of golf or soccer on the field.
